chamomile and calendula petals

Vendor Annwyn Botanicals

The Chamomile essential oil in our soap is made from flowers grown in England. Well known for its calming, soothing and balancing properties, chamomile is often used on irritated, inflamed or sore skin, however is equally loved for its wonderful summery floral aroma. Our soap combines this lovely flowery oil with Calendula petals (commonly known as Marigold), grown right here on the North York Moors to biodynamic and organic standards.

Our Calendula petals are grown locally to biodynamic standards; they are best known for their healing properties, having a rich herbal history throughout the Mediterranean countries; often used where skin has been damaged, calendula helps with cell regeneration.

Whether to soothe, or float away on a chamomile cloud, this is a very pretty and gentle soap, coloured only from pure safflower petals.
